Using the Library's Databases

Where can I find databases?

Ambrose library's databases can be found on the Journal Databases by Subject page. On this page, databases are organized according to the disciplines studied at Ambrose. If you're in biology, you'll want to explore the databases in the Natural Sciences section; if you're in Christian Studies, check out the databases in the Theology section.

Once you've found the database you want to search, make a note of the vendor (see examples below) and then consult the tabs to the left for search tips specific to our various database vendors!
