After a few moments, your print job will display a Held in a queue message. This means it's ready for releasing from the printer:

NOTE: If you want to print your document double-sided, if you want to print just a portion of a larger document, or if you want to print a document in black and white when it includes colour, you will need to use a library computer. PaperCut only prints single-sided, only prints full documents, and will always print in colour (and charge you for colour) when there is colour in a document.

Printing on Library Computers

The library has 4 computers that students can use; these are located on desks near the printer. Log in to them with your username and password (what you use for Moodle). Open the document you want to print and choose \\PAPERCUT\Lib_Student:

If you want to print double-sided, click the Print on both sides of paper option. If you want to print a portion of a document, click the Pages option and enter the page range. If you want to print a colour document in black and white, click the Print in grayscale option.
