Ambrose Library Information for Faculty and Lecturers

You can access your library account by clicking Sign in in the top-right corner of the library catalogue. Enter the same credentials you use for your Ambrose email.

Once you're logged in, you can place hold requests on physical items in our collection, and easily renew your books when they’re coming due.

As an Ambrose faculty member or lecturer:

• You receive term (semester-long) loan periods for your library books;
• You can borrow a maximum of 75 items at a time;
• You can renew your books to keep them for a maximum of 2 years.

There will be Weekly Digest announcements towards the end of each semester, notifying you of the upcoming end to the term loan period. We ask that you renew any books you still need and return any you've finished with.

Please note that if books you have signed out are requested by other patrons, you will receive a Due Date Change Notification email informing you of a shortened loan period.
