Using the Library Catalogue

Your Library Account

Get the most out of the library's catalogue by logging into your account! You can access your library account by clicking Sign in in the top-right corner of the library catalogue. Enter the same credentials you use for your Ambrose email.

While logged in, you'll be able to request books for pickup and renew the items you've borrowed. You'll be able to pin items and save searches (see this page for details).

Your library account also keeps track of the items you've returned. To find your loan history, click your name in the top-right corner of the catalogue, and then click the My Loans option in the drop-down menu:

Click the Active loans drop-down:

Click the Previous and historic loans option:

Here you'll see the dates you returned your library books, and you'll be able to click the titles to bring you to the books if you'd like to request them again.

Note: The visible loan history feature was enabled on November 7, 2022, and so books will only appear here if they were returned after this date. Loan history is available for 6 months after the return date.
